We'll guys i'm pretty bummed and pissed off. I got jacked. I have a TT at my apartment complex that i'm gather parts for a big build (almost there), and it just hit its first speed bump. The car has not ran in over 6 months and just sits under covered parting. I keep it with the battery cables off so I wont drain it over time. Yesterday I took some parts home from the shop to stash in it so they would not get lost at the shop. An alluminum DS, greddy e0-1, a new motor mount and ES subframe bushings. I didnt give the car a hard look this morning on the way out to work, or when i got home from work at about 730pm today. Me a member BenM came out from my appt after eating a pizza (10pm) about to go out and notice the cars driver's door is cracked open about an inch. Instantly I panic and pull the hatch up, my boxes of es bushings, new oe motor mount and Greddy e-01 are GONE!!! F***!!!! . Then I look over the car some more, and the hood is popped. Sure enough they jacked with it too. They attempted to steal of all things the TPS. who ever was doing this was familar with the car because the removed the bolt. But couldn't easly get to the bottom one and attempted to pry the tps off which resulted in distorying it and leaving it stuck on there. Also they attempted to steal my Cusco hard boost pipes to the TBs but i guess ran out of time because they remained but hose clamps were loose. I talked to my brother and he said if i have renteres insurance it should be covered. so I called the police so that a report would be filed. It sucks because I don't live in a bad part of Houston, but know things maybe be changing. I'm suprised the cargo cover and the 1pc al driveshaft weren't swipped in the process. But still i'm extremely unhappy and pissed about loosing the greddy e01. And I think the Automatic TPS are a little harder to come by, I dont think they are the same as the MTs. Assholes....
